The Brazilian Legislation page is just as a guide not a refering document, since only the "Normas Regulamentadoras", "Instruções Normativas" and "Portarias" which deals with our services are included in this site and, although we try to update them to reflect changes promoted by new "decretos" and "portarias", the updating process might not be immediate. Showing these Norms and Instructions in our site does not implies our total agreement with the technical, scientific or operational aspects of its content.

The subitems Eventos (no Brasil and no exterior), Publicações de Interesse, Outras novidades and Outros arquivos de interesse from the News page are solely iformative and, unless explicitly stated, does not implies our backing, patronage or endorsement of any aspect (quality, content, organization, etc.)

With www constant growing and the appearing of quickest, more efficient servers, daily many sites change address, some are incorporated by others and some simply disappear. There are several which do not leave any clue of change or disappearance at previous address. Then, the Interesting links pages are just a support for those willing to surf for information on Occupational Health, Toxicology and Industrial Hygiene. The pages should not be considered either complete, since not all sites with pertinent information are listed, nor 100% efficient, since some links might be not be updated. By the way, we encourage and thank surfers that come across an inoperating link, to report it using the e-mail: webmaster@toxikon.com.br.

All information posted by site surfers is treated as strictly confidential and kept under absolute sigil. The site monitoring service is restricted to the number of visitors, connection problems and connecting time.

We do not use "cookies" or any other programing device aiming to identify visitor. Thus, your surfing through our site is done under complete privacy. Only exception is our Guestbook created to be showed. However, any person which after signing our guestbook, wishes to have his/her comment removed, must send an e-mail to webmaster@toxikon.com.br expressing his/her determination. The record will be immediately removed.
